If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, no worries—you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

  • Condition of Returns:

    • Items must be unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Products should be free of pet hair. If an item has been tried on and contains pet hair, please remove it before returning to avoid a $5 cleaning fee.

  • Purchases from Authorized Dealers:

    • If you bought your Chewy-it item from one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

  • Online Purchases:

    • Returns for online purchases must include the original tags (still attached) and the receipt.

    • Sale items are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds and Exchanges:

    • We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange (based on available stock).

    • Please note that shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Your Return:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package for safe delivery.

  • Processing Your Return:

    • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your return within 3-5 business days.

    • Refunds may take an additional 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
