Our journey began during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic in Sri Lanka.

When our partner’s coconut husk rope factory had to shut down, it left workers without jobs or income. Faced with this crisis, we saw an opportunity to turn adversity into action.

We reinvented traditional manufacturing by decentralizing operations—sending high-quality coconut coir rope and raw materials directly to workers’ homes. With training and support, they began crafting sustainable, eco-friendly products that quickly found their way to pet lovers both locally and globally. This innovative, community-first approach not only restored livelihoods but also laid the foundation for the thriving business we are today.
